Full-Time 40 Hours a Week with Overtime Option

 

Duties: 

Perform a pre-use inspection every day

Grease equipment as needed

Perform minimum equipment maintenance

Report equipment issues to foreman and lead mechanic

Operate various heavy equipment

• Loader

• Backhoe

• Excavator

• Dozer

Dig trenches

Demolish structures

Adhere to safety policies

Coordinate with crew members to ensure jobs are done safely and effectively

Be cautious of underground utilities and overhead wires

Hand dig for utilities before using heavy equipment

 

Requirements:

Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent

Must pass a background check

Must have a valid Driver’s License

Must pass a physical and drug screen

Must be able to lift/carry 70lbs

Must be able to problem solve when necessary

Must be a self-starter

Chauffeurs license (Preferred)

Must have experience – 3+ years
